About the Role

The Account Manager is responsible for developing new business and expanding strategic customer relationships within the semiconductor and biopharma markets. This role focuses on MRO-driven opportunities, engineered components, and reliability-critical applications that support uptime, process integrity, and operational continuity. The Account Manager manages the full sales cycle and partners closely with customer engineering, facilities, and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and grow new business within semiconductor and biopharma accounts

  • Conduct onsite customer meetings, fab and facility walk-throughs, and technical discovery

  • Build strong relationships with engineers, facilities teams, maintenance, and procurement

  • Identify MRO-driven opportunities, critical replacement components, and reliability upgrades

  • Support application-specific solutions tied to uptime, contamination control, and performance

  • Present quotes, negotiate pricing, and close opportunities

  • Maintain accurate opportunity stages, forecasting, and activity notes in Salesforce

  • Collaborate with inside sales, customer service, applications engineering, and quality teams

  • Represent CrestTec at industry events, supplier days, and customer meetings

  • Support project kickoff cycles and ensure smooth handoffs to internal teams

 

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environments

  • Experience selling into semiconductor, biopharma, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing preferred

  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to develop long-term customer partnerships

  • Comfortable discussing technical concepts related to engineered components and MRO applications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at managing a territory pipeline

  • Results-driven with strong follow-through and customer advocacy

  • Ability to travel regularly for onsite customer visits
