You will be responsible for making sure that the parts our customers order arrive when and where they are needed, the first time, every time. With a focus on reliability and sustainability, our purpose is to be the cornerstone of our customers operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist in daily operations, including planning, procurement, logistics, and distribution.
- Supplier Management: negotiate terms, track supplier performance, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Inventory Control: manage inventory levels, plan, forecast, and analyze inventory needs to meet production and sales demands.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data related to supply chain performance and create reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve supply chain performance.
- Project Management: Support supply chain projects, from conception through to completion, ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with relevant laws and regulations and maintain high-quality standards.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with other departments and team members to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.
- Problem Resolution: Assist in troubleshooting supply chain issues and develop effective solutions.
- Technology Utilization: help to implement supply chain management software and other relevant technologies.
- Staff Training and Development: Assist in the training and development of supply chain staff.
- Strategic Planning Assistance: Contribute to the strategic planning of supply chain operations and initiatives.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.

Several years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, buying/planning or a related area.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office.

Ability to work collaboratively and lead effectively in a team environment.
