About the Role

As a member of the CrestTec team, you will support customers operating in highly regulated, uptime-critical environments by providing responsive, detail-oriented service. You will be responsible for advocating for customers in the semiconductor and biopharma industries, where accuracy, reliability, and communication matter every day.
CrestTec supports semiconductor fabs, biopharma facilities, and OEMs with MRO components and engineered solutions that keep critical processes running.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing responsive and professional support via phone and email

Deliver a high level of customer care through accurate order entry, scheduling, coordination, and fulfillment support

Accurately enter customer orders into the ERP system and track order status through completion

Coordinate with internal teams including supply chain, quality, operations, applications engineering, and outside sales to ensure timely and compliant order execution

Communicate clearly with customer procurement, operations, and maintenance teams regarding order status, pricing, availability, and lead times

Generate reports and supporting documentation for internal stakeholders and customers

Support MRO-driven customer needs with urgency, accuracy, and attention to detail

Maintain technical and industry knowledge through training and internal resources

Contribute to overall team objectives and assist with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications

1–3 years of relevant customer service or inside sales experience

Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal and written communication skills

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple requests

Detail-oriented and comfortable working in fast-paced, regulated environments

Driven to support customers and advocate for their needs

Calm, professional, and solutions-oriented under pressure
